The challenge
SupGad's existing WordPress marketplace relied on many plugins and was hard to scale. The business needed a faster, modern platform it could grow on.
What we built
We rebuilt the marketplace from scratch on a modern stack, replacing the plugin setup with a custom backend that handles vendors, products, payments and payouts in one system.
