Synopsis

Musk may succeed, or not. But the ongoing uproar is certainly further proof that those who shout their liberalism from their rooftops or armchairs 24x7 are hardly liberal. What they are actually fighting for is their right to censor opinions they don't like. Musk threatens their secure proscriptive club and their power to 'cancel' people and views.

They further said that in their words 'Elon Musk's public persona is that of a naughty schoolkid. Of course, since he is the world's richest man, his pranks play out on an epic scale. If you are the type that likes a particular sort of entertainment, log on to Twitter right now and you can see thousands of people having full-on nervous breakdowns over his $43.4 billion hostile takeover bid for Twitter'

“I prefer to stay out of politics." Those were Elon Musk’s words when the tech exec was forced to respond to a claim by Texas governor Greg Abbott that he supported the state’s anti-abortion laws.

If so, Mr. Musk has a funny way of showing it. Over his decade-plus of public fame as the chief executive of Tesla and SpaceX.

this what Nytimes had to say

'The billionaire in pursuit of Twitter has often been described as a libertarian, but he has not shrunk from government help when it has been good for business. CreditsJoshua Lott'

bloomberg said 'Musk has made it clear that his primary goal in buying Twitter is to support unfettered expression and reduce user bans or takedowns of individual tweets. “It’s very important for there to be an inclusive arena for free speech,” he said during an interview this month at the TED conference. “Twitter has become kind of the de-facto town square, so it’s just really important that people have both the reality and the perception that they are able to speak freely within the bounds of the law.”

others however said that '"@elonmusk 's fight for free speech is patriotic and necessary. He deserves the Medal of Freedom," Rep. Lauren Boebert of Colorado tweeted. Boebert was temporarily suspended from Twitter in January 2021 after posting tweets that falsely implied the 2020 election was rigged, though her account was reinstated shortly after.

Here is what I have to say about the Elon Musk takeover of Twitter. At some point we'll have to tell ourselves truth there is no way that the the Conservatives will let the liberals to continue censoring them just because their own platforms freedom Intel's freedom in all thing especially in speech so should one's voice be taken away it is no more freedom but the date of ship unit is on social media. The world we live in is a world where everyone is connected to each other like with the wire. The Twitter tends to look like a village square for the entire world in that everyone can see each other's post and for such a platform that has such a widespread coverage no one should be censored. One should not be surprised if Donald Trump is involved in the acquisition of Twitter and we all expect a full restoration of his account nearly Elon Musk takes over. Let's be frank Jack Dorsey has answered a lot of people in the height of it was when he took the voice of the president of the United States Donald J Trump. Donald J trump as the president of the United States had the power to mess up Twitter but he had enough control to let them run free end today Elon Musk another billionaire is correcting that error.
